Biography

Colin Larson is Director of Government Affairs at the Colorado Restaurant Association. He was previously elected to represent Colorado House District 22, which includes the Ken Caryl and Columbine areas, and served on the Education, Public Health, Appropriations, and Audit Committees during his four-year tenure from 2019 through 2022.  

Colin moved to Colorado as an infant in 1988 and is a graduate of Littleton High School’s International Baccalaureate program and Colorado College. After College, Colin worked in public policy and campaigns in Washington DC before moving back to Colorado in 2014. In 2014, Colin founded and owned Atlas Coffees, an independently owned Coffee Shop Café in Ken Caryl, until his election to the legislature in 2018. 

Colin and his wife Annie live in Littleton with their daughter Cora and remain actively engaged in community organizations including The Heartland Hero Essay Competition, The Captain Jason Dahl Scholarship Fund, and The Stepping Stone Support Center.
